The challenging fieltrip

"Are we there yet?"that's me moaning about being tired. What I imagined may have been a featureless walk turned out to be one of the most inspiring and observant field trips I have ever been on.

This trip was about patterns and how many there are, but you miss the patterns when you're too busy talking and not enough observing (really I'm talking about me). We had three destinations to reach and record our observations with cameras and in writing.

YOU would have never realised how many pattens are out there. That is why it's a universal concept. At the end of the day the teachers were so bombed out they were puffing after five minutes. So were the kids. Hopefully we won't do something that challenging next week!!!
See ya!

WHAT A DAY

BUMP ON THE GROUND AS FAST AS A ROCKET. This is what my hilarious teacher Nicola made us do!!!!  This game is called MUSICAL BUMPS. The aim of the game is that you have to dance while the music is going and when the music stops, you sit down cross your arms and legs. This game is a drama game and it also hurts your thighs a lot. In this challenging and dramatic game I came runner up! I'm so puffed after this game. My other highlight of the day, was my chess game against Katie.  I've played Katie before, and I actually gave up, so she won, but today... Katie played poorly!  I managed to create two forks on the board.  If you don't know what a fork is, it's when you move your piece and you have got two pieces of the opponents side that you can take.  I managed to get Katie's Queen and a Rook!  She was not very happy.  I am still second on the leaderboard - I hope to play Darryn next week, as he was on release today and we had Jenni in instead.  This has been a wonderful day at Enrich.  It hasn't quite finished yet either - Lloyd Esler is coming in to chat to me about my passion project, which is astronomy (as you know).  Lloyd is going to help my plan out my scale-model of the solar system.  I can't wait till next week.

The deadly hoops were just sitting there and staring at us. I was determined to get this done. We were playing a Wilson game called  Bulls-eye .

We were in teams of five and I was pushing my team to the limits. We had to chuck this irritating little bean bag in the hoop. The further you threw, the more points you got. Our team was going poorly BUT I WAS DEDICATED TO WIN AND I WASN'T GIVING UP.

It's the last round, my heart was pumping as fast as a rocket. I threw  the beanbag very softly and I thought that it was short, and I felt disappointed But it ended up in the last hoop. All my hard work paid off!

THE BEST PLACE IN THE WORLD

Zooming down to pass the ball, this was the best game of all.  Hi guys today I'm sharing about my brilliant day at ENRICH. Today to start off, we played one of the most exciting games ever. That game is called Piccadilly Circus. What the aim of the game is to have every student to have the ball without talking. Our best time was 31 seconds. And later on today we will give it another shot to beat our time. The best time was on Wednesday when they got 29 seconds. Personally I think we can beat them. My last thing I'm going to thrill you with  is; I played my game that a have a crazy passion about CHESS. I played against my friend Jordan. Unfortunately Jordan lost and the MASTER  (Luke) won. It has been a  significant day at Enrich!!!!
